At 16:21 on Wednesday, 3 June, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons 3 Or More Vehicles in Astley.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Road traffic collision involving four cars. Six casualties assisted from vehicles by Ambulance and Fire Service Personnel. Vehicles made safe.
