At 08:31 on Monday, 8 June, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Oxygen first aid

Fire involving unattended cooking. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet. Oxygen therapy provided to one female casualty.
