At 17:54 on Tuesday, 9 June, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Persons Trapped In Machine in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

One male casualty with left arm trapped in metalwork of a gambling machine. Crews released casualty using holmatro cutting equipment. Ambulance crews also in attendance.
