At 15:20 on Wednesday, 1 July, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Kidderminster.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews were called to assist over the border Fire Service, the request was cancelled prior to crews booking in attendance.
