At 16:55 on Thursday, 16 July, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Church Stretton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Axes/Hammers/Crowbars/Croppers
• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

1 Hollow tree involved in fire 1 hose reel jet 1 axe 1 pick axe in use
