At 16:43 on Monday, 17 August, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Grass Fire in Shotatton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Approximately 10 square metres of grass verge alight, crews using one hose reel jet
