At 21:43 on Monday, 14 September, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Road Traffic Collision involving 1 vehicle, no persons trapped. Crews rendered First Aid on scene. Vehicle made safe by Fire Service Personnel.
