At 10:29 on Friday, 9 October, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in between Shawbury and Hodnet.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Road traffic collision involving 2 cars. Two persons released prior to Fire Service arrival. Vehicles made safe by Fire Service Personnel.
