At 02:47 on Monday, 12 October, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Leegomery.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

False alarm with good intent caused by electrical smell due to blocked filter in a tumble dryer in a domestic dwelling. No Fire service action taken, inspection only.
