At 10:16 on Tuesday, 20 October, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Gobowen.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Small fire involving tree trunk and two metres of undergrowth
