At 22:47 on Wednesday, 28 October, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Wem.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Kitchen fire involving a grillpan left on cooker. Fire found to be out upon the arrival of the Fire Service, inspection only.
