At 08:16 on Wednesday, 2 December, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Whitchurch.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Small fire in kitchen of domestic property extinguished using 1 hose reel jet. Two breathing apparatus and Positive Pressure Ventilation (PPV) also in use
