At 17:19 on Saturday, 5 December, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

Fire involving lining around chimney. Four breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and small gear in use
