At 17:44 on Saturday, 5 December, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Sutton Maddock.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 1 vehicle, 1 female extricated using hydrolic rescue equipment and conveyed to hospital via land ambulance.
