At 00:28 on Sunday, 3 January, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving 1 dishwasher crews used 1 hose reel jet and 2 breathing apparatus to extinguish.
