At 09:28 on Monday, 22 February, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Oswestry.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Oswestry and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
