At 09:15 on Monday, 29 February, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Wellington .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Alarm caused by member of staff activating break glass point - smell of smoke caused by exterior bonfire smoke being drawn in by ventilation system.
