At 18:42 on Wednesday, 2 March, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Ludlow.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Ludlow.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Small quantity of rubbish measuring approximately 1 metre x 1 metre alight in the open. One hose reel jet used to extinguish the fire and thermal image camera used to check surrounding area.
