At 12:18 on Friday, 25 March, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Electricity Cable in Alveley.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock.

High voltage cable down causing fire involving hedge and brash - 1 hose reel jet and dry powder extinguishers in use.
