At 12:27 on Friday, 8 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Small fire involving cooking on hob, out on arrival of fire service, 1 male suffering burns to right hand being treated by paramedics. Property ventilated by fire service.
