At 14:07 on Monday, 11 April, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 4 vehicles 12 persons involved. 1 person in vehicle
