At 13:14 on Sunday, 15 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Bridgnorth.

5 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
