At 13:44 on Monday, 30 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Report of road traffic collision involving van and car one vehicle on its side, one male released from van using small gear and being checked over by ambulance personnel, vehicles made safe
