At 14:32 on Sunday, 17 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Monkhopton near Bridgnorth .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

Call to a car on fire on the roadway which was found to be a false alarm as the turbo had blown.
