At 10:50 on Thursday, 21 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving approximately 2 x 3 metres of hay in the open. Two breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet used
