At 00:30 on Sunday, 7 August, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Cleobury Mortimer.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Ludlow.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving 10 tons of baled hay 2 Hose Reel Jets 2 Breathing Apparatus
