At 12:22 on Thursday, 1 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Bridgnorth.

3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit, the Light Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Cleobury Mortimer and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving small shed - single storey - approximately 6m x 4m, containing 40 bales of hay. One hose reel jet, 1 jet, 1 covering jet, draghooks and forks in use.
