At 15:47 on Thursday, 1 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving approximately 10 square metres of grass alight. Beaters and Aquapacks in use.
