At 20:58 on Friday, 2 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This was a false alarm caused by a passer by mistaking flickering candles for flames. No action by Fire Service Personnel
