At 09:41 on Wednesday, 7 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Chemical Incident in Telford.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
