At 19:00 on Monday, 12 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry. A Fire Investigation officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving a wooden door, 2 electric light fittings and a mattress.
