At 01:01 on Saturday, 17 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
