At 09:59 on Monday, 19 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Westbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Hedge approximately 3m x 10m alight, two hose reel jets used to extinguish, crews delayed approximately 25 minutes dragging out and damping down
