At 09:28 on Monday, 3 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Donnington.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

One 16 month old child locked in private saloon vehicle. Crew have gained entry and successfully released the child using small tools.
