At 17:17 on Wednesday, 5 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Higher heath .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Positive Pressure Ventilation
• Small gear

Chimney fire involving pipes from an old back-boiler.
