At 19:25 on Thursday, 13 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Shrewbsury .
2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Positive Pressure Ventilation
Small fire involving a small amount of food on the base of the oven compartment of a domestic cooker. Fire was found to be out upon the arrival of the Fire Service. Smoke logging of kitchen was ventilated using PPV fan. 2 breathing apparatus also in use.
