At 21:01 on Thursday, 13 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Smell Of Burning in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

False alarm with good intent, alarm raised as a result of the smell of a motor burning out in a refridgeration unit. Electricity supply isolated by occupier, crew conducted inspection only.
