At 19:46 on Friday, 14 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Wellington.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Wellington.

RTC involving 1 car rolled over and come to rest on its roof in roadway. No persons found to be trapped upon arrival of Fire Service. Crew made vehicle safe using small tools and righted the vehicle onto its wheels using the Hi-Ab crane from the Rescue Tender. 1 male casualty tended to by Ambulance Service for minor cuts.
