At 22:26 on Thursday, 3 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Bridgnorth.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
