At 20:25 on Saturday, 12 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Newport .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

HGV with seized brakes, crews cooling brakes with 1 hose reel jet.
