At 15:10 on Tuesday, 15 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

  • Breathing Apparatus (BA)
  • Dry powder extinguisher
  • Short extension ladder
  • Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Small fire involving a downlight in a ceiling void.
