At 21:30 on Wednesday, 30 November, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Wem.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving stud work in cavity wall caused by fire from logburner - small gear, cutting equipment and thermal image camera in use.
