At 11:00 on Sunday, 18 December, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Whitchurch .

6 fire appliances including the Water Carrier were mobilised from Oswestry, Prees, Wem and Whitchurch. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Agricultural building fire, small amount of straw on fire, small gear and drag hooks in use
