Iron Mills near Gobowen, Oswestry

At 17:03 on Saturday, 18 March, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Iron Mills near Gobowen, Oswestry .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving 3 mtrs of hedgerow and one 30 ft fir tree. 1 hose reel jet, thermal imaging camera and drag hooks in use.
