At 22:49 on Saturday, 1 April, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
