At 08:52 on Tuesday, 18 April, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Market Drayton.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Market Drayton and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: a vet.
