At 18:02 on Wednesday, 27 September, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Bridgnorth.

5 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Fire involving kitchen. thorough search of interior and external premises carried out with thermal imaging camera.
