At 18:13 on Sunday, 1 April, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Wellington.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving rubbish inside single storey linked garage/outhouse, crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet
