At 04:07 on Saturday, 23 June, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as RTC HGV Persons Trapped.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 1 HGV and 1 car, 1 male casualty released from car using holmatro cutting equipment.
