At 15:03 on Monday, 30 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
